What an incredible experience we had with Arbisi’s. If you are looking for honest, affordable, thorough, and trustworthy work for your vehicle this is it. Arbisi’s got us in and out for a quote at the drop of a hat, got us on the schedule just as quick and our car came out of the shop looking exactly like it did rolling off the showroom floor inside and out! Absolute professionals in every way.

Would highly recommend! My new car didn’t come with the factory spoiler I wanted. Bought spoiler from Honda (required drilling) and had City Body install it. Super fast and professional work at a reasonable price. A+++++

Contacted them for a tow to happen approximately tomorrow morning. Brian came out and picked up my vehicle and towed it to Belvidere. Brian was very efficient very friendly and you can tell this guy knows what he's doing. Even though my vehicle is an older vehicle he took great care and getting it ready to be towed. I recommend this towing company very highly, you will be very satisfied with their service and costs. Their price was very reasonable.

Late September I was hit by a young man that ran a stop sign. He admitted fault to me, his mom, the police and his insurance that approved the repairs within a week. Arbisi's got the Jeep into the shop as soon as possible and after they took off the damaged parts, found a bit more damage which was also approved. So glad to have her back; thanks to the young man for being honest, Arbisi's City Body Shop for doing fantastic work! Now, no more bungees holding the Jeep together...and looks fabulous!

I've used City Body Shop for years. I was leery when it was sold to Tony and Michelle Arbisi, only because I don't know them. Recently had my car in for damage repair. The body prep and three-stage paint work are outstanding. Not only was the work very well done, it was a day early and at a lower price than quoted. I'm very pleased.
